Ball python impossible shed?
There is some skin left on my ball pythons upper neck close to his guide that didnt come off during his shed.
His eye caps and tail came sour fine.
Should I leave it alone and increase humidity for the next shed or try to take it stale?

never outer layer it off of any animal. if he has problems shedding, you should lift the humidity and soak him in lukewarm water.
I own a few boas that require raising the humidity to 80%-85% at the milky phase plus daily soakings to get a honest shed.
For problems as partial sheds or retained eye caps
1) bring the humidity up
2) misting
3) a water dish he can submerge in the round up if possible
4) get a lidded rubber-maid type container, fill it partially way with warm, sweaty towels, and put your snake in there for 20-40 minutes(same idea as the humidity box)
5) lift a towel using mineral oil or warm water and brush beside the scales. if there is a problem with the eye cap apply the mineral oil with a q-tip gently to the eyes daily(twice preferred) until they come bad.
*Whatever you do, don’t pull the skin off if nearby is any resistance (the skin is still sticking). You can injure your snake.
Do not use tape to remove the eye caps! I know this is in tons care guides, but don't do it! There is a greater chance of hurting your snake. The q-tip with mineral grease will safely soften the eye caps and remove them.
Leave it alone, it will come bad in good time as long as there are plenty of rough surfaces to rub on.
HI, Give it a warm tub for 10/20 mins then have a warm dripping cloth that your royal can slither through this always helps with mine! polite luck and don't worry this often happens.

Just tolerate it be. If it persists then talk to a vet.
Answers: This isn't unusual. Mine had an easier time since I raised the humidity and get her a rough log that she uses to shed off old skin. Sometimes without something to help out they can have a hard time so maybe whether you don't already have something rough in the cage, consider buying something. Keep an eye on it in recent times so that its not bothering it from day top day life skulk for the next shed. Usually you don't want to take off the skin for them because it can hurt.
