Ball Python Feeding during winter shut down?

I am putting my balls into winter shut down on Dec 1. after I start the cooling process am I not suppose to offer food to them? If so for how long should I wait to volunteer food? am I only suppose to offer the males food during this time? If so how often should I give food. It is my understanding that they wont even take food while in the breeding season but I know I am suppose to bestow food and want to know when that will be so I will not mess up my breeding females and males for the season?

Answers:    its hibernation season now so i think you could offer 1 more earlier dec.1 and they can survive for a long time.at petsmart this girl said her ball python didnt eat for 8 months!
Best thoughtful of roaches?   Can I still verbs out my Red Ear Sliders turtle aquarium even though he's hibernate?   What considerate of snake is best as a pet ?   My Red Ear Sider is consumption smaller amount, Is she sick?
