Basic wildlife licence within Victoria Australia.?

Hey. i am 15 years old and i am going to apply for a basic wildlife licence. i live in Victoria. It sais i stipulation written consent from my parent, do i just put this on a seperate sheet? wat should she write? also how do i get the application sheet? do i just print past its sell-by date the one that is on the site? thank you very much.

Answers:    Seperate peice of paper. Print the one rotten the site. And be patient. Mine took 6 weeks and I was going mad! I considered necessary my snake soooo much! Good luck and have a ton of fun.

Fill it out and get it signed by a parent.
Include the small fee.
And eventually you will get your licence sent rear legs to you.
