Will a Malayan Box Turtle do fine even if the bottom of the tank has a crack?
Answers: Fella - do not hold on to a bearded dragon and box turtle together, do not mix any species!
Especially ones that have no similarities in automatic habitat at all!

And a bearded dragon requirement a minimum enclosure size of 4 foot by 2 foot by 2 foot...
Your baby beardie will maybe final 1 month maybe 2 in a 20 Gallon Tank. The sooner you buy a bigger tank, the better stale your beardie will be.
