Bearded dragon back?

I am getting a bearded dragon in about two weeks and she is 4 months ancient. she is healthy and happy and i have handle her a few times so she is social too. I have the tank and all the lighting and boil mats required, i know what to feed her. im just surrounded by need of a little advice when it comes to the muted timing an how much to feed her, how many crickets per day at her age and weather she will inevitability worms every day? can anyone give me a few pointers? thanks x
Our Beardie have about 12 hours of light a day, dropped down to 10 contained by wintertime. He has crickets about twice a week, and gets as heaps as he will eat at a time, maybe 10-12. Rest of the time he has veggies, cabbage, carrot, broccoli etc anything except citrus fruit.
He doesn't like worms so doesn't get them, loves his veg, they particularly like red/orange things pepper (not chillis!!) carrot, apple etc.
He also eats the dragon pellets and enjoy them. He's totally happy and healthy, and a real persona. Enjoy, good luck x
The lights should be on for 12-14 hours, you can arrange the timing however you like as long as she gets 12-14 hours on and the rest bad for a night cycle. At her age she should be getting 30-80 crickets smaller than the space between her eyes a day, broken into 2 feedings, and daily salad. She does not necessarily entail worms as long as she is getting enough of some kind of feeder insect, you can mix in worms as you see fit into her diet.
The biggest mistake I see owners trade name is on UVB lighting. They just buy any out there, when some don't put out enough UVB, and some put out unsafe wavelengths and cause health problems. Please research your choice of a UVB light.
Answers:    you should nurture about 6 crickets every 5 days and give it lettuce every day. and other keep your water dish full. and for the light preserve it on till 10:00 pm and turn it on at 8:00 am you can buy a timer and set the time for the light.
