Does anyone know ANYTHING just about a TREE FROG...the pet store struck out TWICE..please facilitate me i hold no1 to ask?
I found a tree frog. I went to the petstore. the lady said go domestic do research and come back. so i did that. i went back consequently she gave me a tank. a lamp. i get two different plants and a water dish. a mister and a log looking bridge thing.
she said the dead crickets are honest because hes so little. HES NOT EATTING THEM. she gave me an attitude like im supposed to know everything about this little guy. he be ups over from florida and i found him in a plant!
i went last hours of darkness to a store. the guy gave me 12 crickets. two of them WERE THE SIZE OF THE FROG. my mother clearly said its like the size of a quarter...he didn't eat them because i didn't want them to EAT HIM! .NOW WHAT DO I DO...I FEEL LIKE I KEEP STRIKING OUT! IM SCARED I DONT WANT HIM TO DIE.
they never explained how to mist him...or ANYTHING...the internet sucks too i can't find anything. please please please im petitioning you to help me!

Frogs do not eat late crickets, dead anything! Get crickets smaller than the frog. They only eat big crickets whether you have the big tree frogs like I do, I have Whites and Waxy's. Make certain the tank is warm, 80's-90's, and mist once a day for humidity. (the reservoir sides, not the frog) and, also depends on the frog.
Answers: You need to find a local herp store or a small pet store with frogs. Big pet stores do not train their body on things like this. The frog needs pinhead crickets (babys).
well with my chameleon, I mist him 5 times a sunshine you can just use like a hair mister or something close to that, also with the crickets, buy live crickets but they have to be smaller than the width of his mouth otherwise he wont chomp through them. also the wingless fruitflies will work as well. good luck!
Honestly, you cannot get mad at the pet store. If the pet store sold tree frogs consequently that would be another story. The fact is you found this frog and decided to keep it. If you do not know how to lug care of this little guy, then you should not keep him. Tree frogs are massively common. Why don't you do some research on them? I'm not talking about a one time google flush. I had tree frogs as a kid that I caught in Oregon and they ate ants, flies, and mosquitoes. If you can't figure out what this little frog requests to survive, you should let him go. He will do plentifully better outside than in your care.
try wingless fruit flies
first, get SMALL crickets, yes its a specific size, second do not go to petco or petsmart or doesn`t matter what is your local brand pet store they do not know anything about there reptiles or amphibians.
find a privatly owned pet store that does reptiles and ask them to help, they should be nice and friendly and distribute you plenty of help!
Relax hun it will be ok. First of adjectives when you get crickets ask for pinhead crickets they are only a few weeks old and he will love them. Seconf the mister is pretty much basically a water bottle. Just spray the inside of the cage and plants so there is condensation. You could do that every other year and that would be fine. Even once a day if you wanted. Dont verbs he will be ok just make sure you take him some good food! Good luck
