how to save leopard geckos bake and humidity up cont?

the tank i have is a 26 gal tank the sunshine bulb is 75watts and the night is 50 watts how much higher should i go to maintain the tank at 90 degree an the humidity up?

What is your temp now? What is your humidity? Keep within mind that a leopard gecko's humidity should not be more than 45%- so you shouldn't even be having a problem with that.
If you have a standard 26 gallon sized container then its a little taller and I would go beside a 100 watt tight basking bulb for day and a 75 watt blue or red bulb at night. I use 100 watt beside my 20 gallon long tank. The habitat is in my basement which is cooler and I am competent to keep it at 90. If your light doesn't hold a higher watt bulb you could put in an undertank heater but watch the temp to make certain it doesn't get too hot.

As far as humidity, leopard gecko's are desert habitat animals. For humidity, just create a repti-sauna. There are many ways to do this. They will hold more water through their skon than they will drink so the repti-sauna works great! I have a long water dish which I file with peat moss and pour treated water into everyday. To cover the dish and moss I have a partly log over it. My gecko hangs in the moss when he feels dry.

If you don't diligence about the looks, another really slick way to make a repti-sauna is to appropriate a gladware type container, cut a hole twice the diameter of your gecko in one side atleast a 1/2 inch from the bottom of the container. Line with peat moss, and drench beside treated water. Put the cover back on and place in the habitat. This will clutch care of the humidity needs of your gecko.
Answers:    The problem with basking/heat lights is that they cause the entire cage hott including the ambient air temperature.

I notably suggest you invest in an undertank heat mat/pad.these can be used by themelves or surrounded by harmony with a basking lantern to achieve the desired temperatures. They don't cost too much and should be used underneath a third of the cage, so you also label a colol side at the same time.

Again, belly temp is what you want to achieve, not nouns temp.

As far as humidity goes..for the entire cage, the less the better. However they should hold access to a humid hide for their shedding process and to reduce skin dehydration.
