take him out.Touch his limbs whether he doesnt move or retreat then he is dead. just contained by case, put him in a bag of hose and put it in the freezer.this is the most humane way because if he is still narrowly alive then he will hibernate and dye with no pain

Good luck! :(
these are adjectives the symptoms of a respiratory infection. what you need to do is raise the temp between 88-94F and treat with the right antibiotics that the vet give you. but if that doesn't work then give it a injectable aminoglycosides resembling gentamicin or amikacin that you can get from your vet.
Answers:    Respiratory infections are immensely dangerous for all animals. Anything that makes it difficult to breathe and appropriate in oxygen can kill you and will kill you whether it goes untreated. I would highly suggest taking him to a vet that specializes contained by exotic animals. If he is dead then they can dispose of his body for you (if you don't want to bury it or something), and if he isn't unconscious it would be best that he's in the care of a professional anyway. They will most predictable provide him with fluids and an antibiotic called baytril or a sulfa medicine. Respiratory infections do not step away on their own- if you don't take him to the doctor he will die. Best you can do for now- or up until you win him to a doctor is to make sure hes warm. Good luck.
If he's not moving and is in recent times floating with all limbs out, he is probably comatose. A respiratory illness would not cause that. Respiratory illnesses are deadly to turtles.
