I like to name my pets uncommon name. I have and had pets named Sukima, Lavender, Poseidon, Rusty, Dusty, Danny, Bitty, Not so Bitty, King, Rose, Pepper, Hairball, Tornado, Bluebird, Fiery, Napoleon, and tons more. I will post some more names soon.

Ours are named Draco and Hermanie after the Harry Potter movies...
but anything explicitly different, or rings your bells for your favorite things is cool.
Maybe "Outback" or " Dundee" for your male (like Australia) and "Sydnee" for your girl?

I personally called mine ianto, merely because I love the name and it's Welsh... resembling a Welsh dragon? nyeh, seemed good to me.
