What should my reptile: Black & White Tegu munch through every afternoon?
Ive had a B&W tegu for about 4 months, what should i feed him on a daily basis, should I give him a pinkie with some veggies or just veggies soon or what? I basically want a feeding schedule...
Answers: Fruit, vegetables, insects beside the occasional rodent as a treat.
Surely by the time you've had it 4months you have found the diet section and studied it within all of the care guides and books you have get for it including the ones you studied when doing your research before buying the animal
depends, how old is your Tegu, I am assuming you got him 4 months ago, not that he is 4 months matured, if he is, young Tegus are normally carnivores and will apart from veggies when older., a pinky may be too small, for him, try an adult or hopper mouse. I am not a Tegu expert, sorry this is most my info on Tegus
