Answers:    Lactating implies milk. It's not milk. It may be a fungus, or some type of infection. Either way, it isn't good. Please nick your iguana to the vet ASAP, like tomorrow. Your vet should be able to prescribe medication that will clear it up, but if you loaf it could be fatal.
