A few hamster question... Please Answer?
My Syrian Hamster lives in a 20 gallon aquarium. He has a wheel, a nesting house, a dampen bottle, a food dish, and some tubes. What else can I put in his cage to make it better? Because I own a 20 gallon cage, can I add another male hamster to his coop if I add another nesting area (my hamster is a male) and should I put in another hamster of the same breed and color (my hamster is a Panda Hamster)?

Since a hamster is a loner contained by the wild dont put another hammy with your syrian hamster. You could save up your daily towl and toliet paper rolls for tunnels, you could buy little houses for it-from the fish aisle (if he is small). You could put timothy hay in it to give it color or give somebody a lift untreated yard grass and let it dry in the sun and put surrounded by his cage. You could put a ladder, and a little table for him to climb on too in the coop too- or get some branches from a maple tree and the hammy can use it to hang from. But before you put the branches in- scorch them at 325 degress for 2-5 min to kill any bacteria or germs.

also syrians live alone do not ever put them with another hamster!
Just put a few toys in and the hamster will be chirpy.
Never put two mannish hamsters together-they will only kill each other! i would propose little rotastak accessories-they are the best! maybe buy little shelves to stick onto the sides with little ladders or tubes etc, use your imagination! i would also recommend varying the layout every fortnight!

Syrian hamsters should live alone.You could get him some chews and some toys,mineral stone(though my hamster doesnt bother next to his).If he is getting figetey you should handle him more,wait til the evening when hes fully awake.I let mine run across my bed,keeping a close eye on him logically,you could get him a plastic ball to run in.

and mabe just put some chew toys in and keep hold of her company and the way to do that is just to grasp her out of the cage and play with her on your hands they approaching walking on hands ! x

I suggest that you buy him some chewing toys or you can get the playground set(usually hamster(s) do enjoy playing beside it,but they might chew it at times-_-"")..One or two more nesting house is a good idea too..Like this,it won't need to run too much to catch home..
An other male hamster to be in its shut within? It's a bad bad idea x.x .. It might bully or achieve bullied by the new male hamster..Usually the older ones will bully the younger ones..I don't recommend you to get him another friend..It's too late..A hamster have a super doomed to failure memory,it can forget the thing it was doing a moment ago,in a sec!! Hamsters will scuffle to death for their territory..

Get him more toys that all I influence..If you want to get him a mate,be prepare to get serious injured on your fingers and serious injuries you hamster(s)..It might even cause departure..I'm saying this this because I've tried it before when I just started have a hamster as my pet..I bled a cup of blood from separating the my hamsters from fighting and killing each other..And they be seriously injured even i have separated them the moment the started fighting..
