A Question something like Guinea Pig Carriers?
I'm getting guinea Pigs, and right now I'm gathering info as much as possible. For a carrier, what am I looking at here? close to a small dog carrier? and if I get for a time bit bigger one can I put more than one in it?
Use a small or medium dog delivery service.
When I have to travel to the vet, I use towels and old sheets so they have a really comfy ride. Plus, lots of hay. You can attach a dampen bottle to the front gate. Bring veggies along - one baby carrot per pig, cilantro, romaine, red leaf lettuces, green or wan bell pepper. Yummy!
Nothing to big, because its hard to keep steady and they'll be in motion sliding everywhere, not good, you want something reasonably small, i'm not sure how big cat carrier are, or if the exist rabbit carriers, but what we do is we used to have hamsters, really cheap hamster cage, are just basically a box shape with a plastic bottom and clear plastic top cover. If you put woodchips and hay inside, it's correct, we call it the mini cage, they love it
Answers: yes , get a medium sized dog carter ,stuff it with straw , hay and a couple of carrots. don't put water surrounded by though cos i will go everywhere , but make sure they receive moisture in form of fruit and veg such as apples , carrots , cabbage (never feed guinea pig lettuce ) and celery sticks .
ut surrounded by a baby blanket or old soft clothing for extra consolation .
Definitely get two guinea pigs , they would both be ok to travel in what i have described above but here is a pic besides.

hope i helped and good luck with you guinea pigs , they are wonderful animals and i hope you relish yours as much as i do mine .
bye
My guinea pigs travel happily in a plastic cat carrier. Make certain it is not too small! Fill with straw too prevent slipping and increase comfort.
