Alpha guinea pig??

I have a male guinea pig who cant be housed with other pigs because he is the "alpha male". I enjoy learned that guinea pigs should be housed together for their enjoyment. but im worried. My pore little piggie seems to be bored alot. What is a angelic solution that dosent involve getting another guinea pig.

O and f.y.i i do play with him alot. I would say about an hour and a partially a day.

Answers:    Well I think maybe you could find similar to another male guinea pig in the area and possibly you could have a play date kind of. Like say whether your neighbor has a guinea pig maybe you guys could just enjoy like an open room and then permit them loose and watch them closely to see if they fight or whether they just play. Do you absolutely know he doesn't like other guinea pigs living beside him? I know you said you're not getting another guinea pig but if you end up getting another one try and get a babe boy because then he will be submissive to your alpha male because he is bigger. they are innate foragers and i hate it when people just save them in their cages all sunshine it is cruel!
My hamster have a lump on her stomach please relief?   My 8 month hoary guinea is on baytril?   Is it protected for rats to chew on wood dyed near Kool Aid?   My gerbil squeaks and chirps similar to a bird. It is not close to a usual gerbil sqeak. Any thinking?
