Am I scare my hamster?
I woke her up by refilling her water bottle, and she went up to the top of the shut within and looked at me very alertly,not moving and I try to calm her down by speaking softly

Either you scared her or he was waiting mode for you to ler her out.
Their expressions are knotty to read, sometimes it's the exact opposite of what we think.
But yeah, I'd say she be surprised to suddenly be awoken.
I try to imagine what it would be like to be born and live in the dinosaur era, the vibrations and hubbub each step can make... though you seem extraordinarily careful. Maybe she was having a doomed to failure dream?

hi, hamsters will do that sometimes and they are merely checking if the area is safe for it to move around, my hamster does that she runs to the corner of the shut within and hides under her wheel. so don't verbs about your hamster it will be ok. hoped this helped

i think u should take her out more and play with her so she get use to her and do not refill or feed until u have her out of the hold

Mine hamster too , they do approaching that to protect them self from being catch
Hamsters have very bad eyesight, so she be naturally frightened after being woken up by you changing the bottle. My hammie used to save perfectly still and listen too, its nothing to worry roughly speaking but its definitely worth handling her lots and making sure she is relaxed in your company.
