Am i treating my hamster right?
I change is bedding two times a week or more if the bedding starts to smell.I feed him nutriphase gold ingots.There is always food available for him.I give him broccoli or a slice of apple every other day.I nick him out to play every day.I even have a "play area" filled beside lots of bedding so he can dig around.I also have tubes in nearby under the bedding.And he always has fresh dampen daily.I only put purified water contained by his water bottle.He seems happy to me.He runs surrounded by his wheel everyday,he has started to sleep at night and staty awake during the daylight.And he has grown like a weed since we got him.He have nearly doubled in size.What do you think?Am i treating my hamster right?
Wow you're a thoroughly good owner! Make sure that if the food seem to have tons of sunflower seeds, that you pick them out! This may be causing your hamster to get hold of fat. You can also experiment with other food brands to see which is the best for your hamster. It's very well-mannered that you take him out to play every day! Just keep watching what's within the food. You are being a perfect hamster parent. I am not certain you have to feed him purified water contained by his bottle, but remember to change the water every day. Also, hamsters own a habit of going to the bathroom in their food dish, so clean that and replace the food every sunshine to every other day, and your hamster should be in a perfect place. You are treating him fine. you don't need to purify his water if you live contained by an area where the tap sea is safe for drinking; he won't be able to taste the difference. If he is choosing to sleep at dark and wake in the day specifically great but don't ever wake him during the day if he is asleep; it is stressful.
Answers: Great! Just make certain you change the food daily. I would recomend switching hamster foods. Instead of nutriphase gold nurture him Supreme Hazel Hamster Diet sold at Petsmart. It is the healthiest diet yet! No cane molasses! Or you could just lug out the corn and sunflower seeds and give them only as a treat. Does he hold a chew toy?? Make sure he has one. Just cut off a twig on an apple tree whether your on a budget. Your hamster is very lucky!

your'e nearly taking too much good care of it! i give my hamster $2 food from walmart, touch water, and i clean the cage every 1-2 weeks and it does only fine..also you need chew toys and it would be nice if u bought one of those plastic balls that u put the hamster contained by so it can run
