Another guinea pig grill.?
so i know everything i need for the cage now but can someone detail me where everything is supposed to go?
lol.
like in attendance is bedding, hay and all that stuff.
am i supposed to cover the whole cage beside bedding even under their hide aways? what do i do with the hay. and do they only just go to the bathroom where ever they want in their enclose?
im confused. i want to set up their cage correctly.
so can someone please explain to me where everything goes surrounded by the cage?

oh, and i know they should have wood to chew on. can you use wood from outside as long as it is cleaned?
Just put some sawdust down everywhere and put some hay in there beds so that they will be thaw they do go to the loo where ever they want so i suggest that you verbs them out every 5-6 days or so make sure they also have for a time hay stack or something because they wont eat the hay in there bed as they have peed on it :) maybe using random wood any where on earth could be a bad idea just surrounded by case it has some fungus or fices on it :)
The bedding should be covering the entire floor of the shut within and wet patches and main areas of pellet should be cleaned and replaced every day. Hay should just be in a bundle within a corner where they might sleep so they can lie on it and eat it as okay. Hay should also be topped up every day because they should always have a supply of hay within their cage. Normally guinea pigs will have certain areas contained by their cage where they go to the bathroom but not other. They do not have to have wood as my guinea pigs do not like it but sometimes i put some wood contained by the corner as its good for their teeth. I normally just buy it from the pet shop but external wood can be used as long as its cleaned. Have fun :)
-replace the chips(bedding) every 1-3 days,
-give your gp a stick to chew on so his teeth don't over grow
-make sure you have food and water
* Put the bedding in one nouns and the hay in an other , as Guinea pigs Dont go where ever they use matching corner to use the ''bathroom'' Try and put hay and bedding next to each other ( I washed out the hold with soap and water and Still she used the same spot ) As for wood to chew on Id be cautious as wood sometimes isnt good BUT you canbuy chews from a pet shop for them it is like a stick with dried food stuck to it and they can chew it , Dont givethem wood from external as u can never see germs with your eyes , go to a pet shop and ask for a guinea pig chew *

at pet stores they will have bedding. put bedding everywhere within thier cage. then put the other things in. i wouldn't recomend using wood from external. guinea pis can get splinters. use speacial sticks made just for guinea pigs. you can also finds these at most pet stores.
