Baby bunnies bloody/orange urine?

i have recently adopted 2 one month frail bunnies, i have noticed that their urine is orangy/bloody color . yes they had a conveyance of diet cuz the food they used to eat is very unhealthy so i switched them to a honest diet , is that why the urine is orange? ,is it dangerous for the bunnies or for any other animals ?could it be transmitted to cats/dogs/hamsters or parrots ? .i enjoy 6 cats,a dog,a parrot and a hamster and i recently adopted my 2 current bunnies . does anyone know anything regarding this matter? . thanks

I am not a vet, but you should return with them checked out as soon as possible because it is really unusual. And with blood I think this is really serious.
Answers:    Well firstly, achieve them to the vet if you're even slightly worried.

If it looks like there is blood contained by the urine then this is most likely a urinary tract infection. Usually it's just a defence of getting some antibiotics. It looks alarming but is often easily treated.

Also, my pet rabbits in days gone by have often had philosophical coloured urine, so I wouldn't worry too much if it's deep coloured but not bloody. I regard some rabbits just drink less, and so their urine is of a higher concentration.
