Can my pet rats enjoy rice?

I recently got two pet rats and i was wondering whether they are able to eat rice (cooked or raw)
Cooked rice, yes, they can
You can even mix it with Vanilla Soy Milk, and they'll chomp through it all up!
You can also try mixing it with some baby food, mine similar to squash!

Best of Luck!

I have a rat and have be reading a lot. What the books say:
Some cooked rice is upright - not too much + not sticky (like sticky rice - they could choke)
They eat anything, even poison, so it's up to you to give them a good set off.
Tested and can affirm: They love canned corn. (Mine specially loves anything as long as I'm having it.)
nurture them what you want but the real question is will they eat rice.
Yes they can.
Here's a list of foods rats CANT have.

They also shouldnt have milk products and alfalfa since they can't digest them extremely well.
Answers:    Cooked rice or puffed rice is fine, presuming it is not their primary diet =) I wouldn't recommend raw rice as it can swell up surrounded by their stomach, but a small bit should be just fine.

yes and yes. they are omnivores and will eat nearly anything, which is why they are so successful as a species.
