Could my hamster be sick?

my hamster has this really big bump on the saide of her neck. my sister felt it and she said that it feel hard and lump. what could it be?

Answers:    Hamsters have pouches on both sides of their necks to store food. Your hamster probably simply has some snacks stored for later. It should be gone in a few days, I don`t know sooner.

But, if it doesn't disappear after a couple days, I would consider taking it to the vet.
Do you give attention to these are perfect name?   Is this everyday for a gerbil ?   I own a problem and its stinky?   Why r my hamster so freaking brutal? HELP!! T.T?
