All guinea pigs poop a lot. Because guinea pigs are so small they have a very short digestive system so it seem like they are always pooping. There is no way to slow it down.
The sad truth about guinea pigs is that food in = poop out! Your 1 month ripened should have a bowl with 18% protein guinea pig chow with stabilized vitamin C surrounded by front of it at all times. If the protein content is less, it is inadequate for a growing animal. In tally to the chow, it should always have a supply of fresh water and righteous quality hay. Small quantities of veg or fruit are a nice treat. Do not over do the greens.
Answers:    stop feeding your gpig romaine lettuce and slow down the amount of pellet you are feeding it. the poop should be almost black or very dull brown if it is healthy. Small portions of fruit and veg are better than lots at once.
This might slow it down but more importantly it will stop her becoming overweight.
Hope this help
Perhaps this poopy is conventional.

Feed her a bit of cheese and that may slow her down. Did you read that GPs do poop a lot before you got one?

Google Guinea Pig aid.
"Slow down the poop"? They poop a lot and you're only going to have to deal with it.

You entail to feed her timothy hay, alfalfa hay, Oxbow Cavy Performance pellets, romaine lettuce, oranges (take out the seeds), whole carrot, tiny pieces of celery (not very often), tomato's (take out the seeds), alfalfa sprouts, cucumber... and tons more things, read here:
