How antiquated is my guinea pig?
so i took home a piggy that a customer dropped off at my store he was pretty skinny so i cant report to by weight he isnt tiny and isnt too big he is peruvian and had really long hair (he be in bad condition) his hair be like 2 or 3 inches past him dragging on the floor ( i cut his hair it looks nice now) his nail were like an inch long too...sad but i trimed those too he is relaxed now i just wanna know how i can tell how old-fashioned he is ...i didnt get any information from the guy who dropped him off at the store ...here is what he told me :
he said the piggy belonged to his neighbor who is an elderly lady who have recently had a heart attack thats why she couldnt take meticulousness of him...and he had free run of her house i guess ...then he gave me the pig and took stale
so i have no idea how he got hydrated because his coop didnt have a water bottle and when i bought him one he had no conception how to use it anyway i hope someone can answer
unfortunatly nearby is no true way to find out how old it is :-(

there is no real way to amount out the age of amture guinee pig . you can tell up to like 8-9 weeks. after that your beat. some population claim you can tell by the teeth and feet. they only live around 5 years.
Answers: Look at its teeth. If they are slightly tan brown, then its prob 1 or 2 yrs mature. Go to the vet. They are experts! =) Good Luck! =) ^.^
