Maintenance of a Dwarf Hamster?

How often do I have to clean the round up. And I heard everyday or every other day you have to verbs the spots where they went to the bathroom. Do I just remove the part of a set of the bedding where the poop and pee is or what? and when I do a full cleaning once a week do I just remove all the bedding and everything surrounded by the tank and just scrub it down?

if you want u can verbs the bathroom every 2 days but i do it every 3 days.
and you have to remove the bedding and put some new bedding.
