first thing: perchance the little house is too small. Guinea pigs can grow very rapidly.
second: cut down her amount of food!
third: consent to her run around everyday outside her cage.
fourth: get her a bigger house.

Answers:    First off, buy her a bigger house for the time being. Then put less food within her bowl so she doesn't over eat. Give her veggies and fruits, and sunflower seeds, mixed with her smaller amount of food. Play beside her a lot more. Try bringing her in your back patio and have her run around for a bit, with a very close eye on her. You can initiate her how to play fetch, and get her to do that for a while. If you want to know how just let me know and I'll administer you the steps. Hope she gets better. Good luck.

Oh and try to get her to drink more water. That'll teem her up more and get her to not eat as much food.
