PLZ serve me! My mousie keep bloodying her ear. URGENT?

My pet mouse has a dry, red ear, and keeps scratching it. Last hours of darkness, she scratched it till it was all bloody (I found her afterward). I seperated her from the other mice, though it doesn't seem contagious. She's not sneezing, have no lice eggs in her fur, and I think whatever-it-is is spreading to her other ear. One of her eyes is kinda red, but I hear that's common contained by mice when stressed (which she obviously is). She was pretty listless this morning. What should I do? My parents won't pay a huge vet bill; I'm not even certain there's one that helps exotic pets nearby. I need comfort, I don't want Sweetheart to die!

Answers:    Go to a pet store or "People," pharmacy and get normal ear drops see if that help if not put a little aloe or just plan lotion on her ear

What is a humane track of removing a mouse from your house?   Are 2 guinea pigs harder to steal watchfulness of than 1?   Are my babe-in-arms mice boys or girls?? How can i till?   Will another clean pen, after owning smaller quantity than a afternoon, effect undue stress on my unknown hamster?
