Why shouldn't nocturnal animals be kept contained by the bedroom?
I have been doing some reading and somewhere, someone said that nocturnal animals shouldn't be kept in the bedroom. Could somebody report to me why? I mean, it seems like one of the safest place from the disturbances of the time.
They'll keep you awake. Unless your nocturnal too, after go ahead!
When I was in college, my roommate go out and got herself two hamsters and installed them in our dorm room. With one of those d(a)mn3d exercise wheels that go squeak squeak squeak squeak squeak.
Two nights later, both of us in the throes of sleep deprivation, she took the hamsters pay for to the pet shop.
If you have some way of keeping the noise they brand at night from disturbing you, have at keeping nocturnal beasties in your bedroom. But whether you need sleep and can't keep 'em quiet, you'll stop up hating them. Been there, done that.
Who ever said that is kinda dumb. It is fine to keep nocturnal animals in your room. It doesn't issue what room you put it in just don't put nocturnal animals in a shrill room.

If you're a biddable and/or deep sleeper, keep them in your room. My daughter can sleep through only about anything, and feels secure have hamsters and/or rats in her room. Me? The slightest rustle and I'm awake - so no critters sleep in my room. Otherwise, there's no reason why nocturnal critters cannot sleep surrounded by your room.
Because they keep you up all night.
Being nocturnal they wake up when you are trying to sleep and will start running around.
You won't believe how much noise they can make ( particularly if they have a wheel or close to to chew on the bars).
Answers: My rats stay in my bedroom. There are a couple reasons why people might not close to it.
-the noise will keep you up
-if you stay up all dark with the light on, it wouldn't be good, as nocturnal animals inevitability darkness for a few hours.
That's really all I can think of. Here are reason why they should be kept in one.
-it is safe, unlike a hallway, whether you close the door, other animals will not have access
-it is not busy, like a kitchen
-you other have access to your pets
-you can observe them when they're wide awake, my rats close to to play on the bed at night, while during the day they cuddle
-only your room will stink
-they will bond to you if you suspend out with them
-they can play while you read, work, procrastinate in bed
It's opinion. I get used to the noise of my rats playing.
I keep my mice in my room.
The only entity wrong with having them in your room is they are louad when they run on they're reins.

nocturnal rodents are only stirring at night. they will cause many different open-handed of disturbances to your sleep. The ones that i have seen with my hamsters and gerbils is when they run on the wheel. sometimes that can be squeaky and keep you awake. with my hamster Squirt, he loves to chew on the bars wich also can get hold of very annoying. he does it most of the night so i had to move him to my underground room where i run my website so he's outta my hearing range.
It's not going to hurt them unless your room is really loud and heavily used through the afternoon when they sleep. they can also be messy and throw bedding out of the cage, depending on what type you have.
What you can do to stop these two things mostly is to get a silent controls and an aquarium from the pet store. the wheels are more on the expensive site. they cost $10 online at petsmart.com.

and the aquariums are also $10 at most places like Wal Mart. you do have to buy them contained by the store though.

that will prevent bedding from escaping, along with the hamster for that matter. just product sure you put some kind of screen on top so they can't win out of it.

They keep YOU awake dude, playing & munching all darkness ! That's why.
Never in your bedroom they run around they're cage all hours of darkness and running into the cage wallas it's actually quite annoying and it's relatively a ruckus.
they will disturb u contained by the nite all nite and if you go surrounded by and turn on ur lite it mite disturb them sleeping
