Would a hamster jungle gym be cool?
how could i make a super cool jungle gym for my hamster? would that be a good idea?
i think that would be a great idea and lots of fun for your hamster.
you could bring boxes, tubes of some sort (wooden, plastic), just about anything you could find in your house! generate little hidey holes and ramps!
You could use pretty much anything he wouldn't eat. Or cardboard--he will eat that and you'll have to replace it, but he'll soak up it. You could make a maze from a cardboard box. Really, if you stick anything interesting contained by his cage he'll probably love it. Go for it!
You could use some wooden blocks and chubes (large tubes that are cardboard) or buy a store bought gym for your hamster. They engineer them from the brand crittertrail if you want to look into it.
That's really cool!
1. Put together a lot of toys and tubes!
2. Make it HUGE, and fun.
3. Make some drawings, and stick them up around the hamster. They'd like that!

You could get a bunch of those plastic hamster tubes or if you don't want to spend a great deal of money you could make something out of wood.
Answers: That would be awesome! You could probably collect some toilet dissertation tubes, cereal boxes, tissue boxes, etc. and create a huge maze and a jungle gym where he can climb and play! My maze thought was to cut circular holes in the cereal boxes and connect the boxes to each other next to the toilet paper tubes and then when he finds his way out you can continue at the end and give him some treats! What's fun is that you can make 2 stories or even 3 stories to include onto your maze/ jungle gym! Thats what I would do! If the maze doesn't fit in his cage, blockade off a safe part of your house and supervise him while he climbs on the jungle gym or jumble. Good luck!
